dirty." He also quoted, “Be the change that you wish to see in the world.” Both quotes tell us to
adopt humanity and truth with full commitment. However, it seems easy to make life filled with
truth and humanity, but there are very few who become successful in realizing their destination with
use of both qualities. People once realizing inner truth and adopting humanity, don’t care what
others think. They become an icon, a source of inspiration for whole world. After exploring
celebrities, successful leaders,
teachers, social and spiritual personalities; I am proud to select one
who has created buzz with success in various areas. With millions of followers worldwide, Saint Dr.
Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan has become an identity with two precious attributes i.e. Truth
and Humanity. He has been the head of the India-based socio-spiritual organization Dera Sacha
Sauda Sirsa. He has a long list of
talents to his credit that range from music to engineering, from
sports to agriculture, from spiritualism to science. He is also said to play a wide range of sports that
include volleyball, netball, throwball, kabaddi, lawn tennis, cricket, football, billiards, table tennis,
snooker, shooting ball, yoga, basketball, water polo among others. Being a spiritual leader, he
initiated millions of parched souls to tread upon spiritual path of God-realization. He is passionate
and determined to promote the divine name of God and 124 humanitarian deeds described in detail

He has been organizing drives for blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol screening every year and
also been recognized by Guinness World Records (the ultimate authority in record breaking

Apart from 29 Mega Cleanliness Campaigns conducted in several states of India under his
holy auspices; hundreds of small cleanliness campaigns have been conducted by the volunteers of
Shah Satnam Ji Green ‘S’ Welfare Force Wing around the world. Recognizing the fact, “only an
educated person can have a reputed place in the society”; he is determined to strengthen rural
education by setting up educational institutions where strong moral and behavioural qualities are
also instilled in students. Further, he has written, composed, and performed in various music albums
which has been released successfully including ‘Network Tere Love Ka’, ‘Highway Love Charger’,
‘Brahm Mahurat’ etc. Being a director, writer and actor; he has worked in movies like ‘MSG: The
Messenger’, ‘MSG-2 The Messenger’ which has been released during last year 2015. He has been
working on two more movies, ‘Online Gurukul’, and ‘Lionheart MSG The Worrior’ expected to be
released in 2016. Recently, he has been honoured with Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation Award
for most popular actor, director and writer.
Leading humanitarian deeds under his holy guidance, eyes camps are organized every year
from 13th to 15th December to commemorate the pious anniversary of Param Pita Shah Satnam
Singh Ji Maharaj. Thousands of patients with various eye problems visit
Dera Sacha Sauda, Sirsa for
medical examination of their eyes; also provided with free medical treatment, spectacles, boarding
and lodging facilities. A ‘Polio Camp’ is organized every year in April month to commemorate the
pious day of Shah Mastana Ji Maharaj.
The polio patients are medically checked, and provided with
medicines and physiotherapeutic aids to facilitate their movements along with the boarding and
lodging facilities. As a social reformer, he has persuaded the disciples to eradicate prevailing social
stigmas like dowry system, female feticide, and prostitution besides homosexuality. In order to
provide respectful life to orphaned kids; he has developed Shah Satnam Ji Asra Ashram and Shahi
Betiyan Basera (abode for royal daughters) for the girls who were aimed to be killed through the
heinous act of feticide. He is also committed to improve the life-style of people by providing them an
alternative of pure products against the adulterated items of food, under the roof of ‘MSG Pure
Products’. Recently he has launched ‘MSG – The Apparels’, a collection of organic fabric based
clothes to make people get rid of various diseases suffered from non-organic clothes. He has been
inspiring followers to come forward in every humanitarian deed. The people including youth, are
inspired and following his sermons with full commitment.
