The only irreversible process that women do regret is AGEING. I agree that that no one can stop this senescence but who said you can’t delay it.  Yes.. When we talk about beauty the thought that strikes first to our mid is the MAKEUP yes it do make you look beautiful but to add to your knowledge it is one such reason to accelerate your ageing process.
Ageing is basically a cellular process result of cellular damage and it does bring effects which of cause are disliked and to avoid it you need to help yourself in repairing of the cellular damage for that you need to take some activities in consideration.



    Stress free – you should keep your mind calm and stress free as it is the main reason for cellular damage and is most helpful in bringing premature ageing.
    Nutrition – your body accumulate radicals which are responsible for wrinkles, fine lines etc,
     So you should intake a balanced diet.
     Make sure your diet should contain vitamin C it helps in bringing back the youthfulness of skin and also effective in lightning stretch marks.
    Exercise – it is very effective in tightening your slanging skin.
    Proper sleep – most essential is sleep as while sleeping your body recovers and replaces damaged cells. Your minimum sleep should be – 5-6 hours.
    Drink more water – water hydrates your skin n make it glowing.
    Moisturize daily – after 40’s your oil and sweat gland secrete less of oil n sweat to moisturize your skin so you need to moisturize your skin externally.
    Minimize sugar intake – sugar converts into glucose in body and attaches to mtor protein through insulin and bring premature ageing.
    Meditation – it is believed that people who meditate have a glowing face as meditation changes the structure of brain and trigger body activities by removing toxic substances from body and also they have longer life span.


Let us move forward on most common cause of premature ageing
The most common problem is photo-ageing.
Effects caused

1. Wrinkles to exposed area
2. Solar elastosis i.e. Leathery, weather, beaten appearance
3. Tanning
